Random the Book

I’m working on a new talk to accompany the book. And so it needs practice.

My next public practice session is online on Zoom, January 30th, 3pm UK time.

I’ll talk about why I became so curious about the subject, how we designed a book that could live the values of randomness, and the four big things that I have learned along the way (and how our readers might learn something completely different).

And then, to add randomness into the mix, the second half of the talk is generated randomly, on the spot, in front of the audience’s eyes. This is where it gets exciting. Or possibly where it goes very wrong.
